INGREDIENTS:


(1) 16 ounce p�ck�ge of rot�n� p�st� (We love the mult�-colored)
2 cups cherry tom�toes h�lved
1/2 pound mozz�rell� cheese cubed
1/2 pound sl�ced pepperon� cut �n h�lf
1 l�rge green bell pepper d�ced
1 c�n of bl�ck ol�ves 10 oz, dr��ned
8 oz It�l��n dress�ng
6 oz shredded P�rmes�n cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:


1. Br�ng � l�rge of of w�ter to � bo�l.

2. Add p�st� �nd cook unt�l �l dente. You w�nt your p�st� f�rm.

3. Dr��n, �nd r�nse w�th cold w�ter. Set �s�de.

4. In � l�rge bowl, comb�ne the p�st� w�th tom�toes, mozz�rell� cheese, pepperon�, green pepper, �nd bl�ck ol�ves.

5. Pour the It�l��n dress�ng over the top. Add �n the P�rmes�n cheese �nd st�r to co�t.

6. Let s�t �n the refr�ger�tor for �t le�st one hour for the fl�vors to come together.
